Introduction:As a simplified model of tilting-pan rotary filter, single disk vacuum filter is composed of motor and speed reducer, and operated by a control system. It can complete feeding, filtering, drying and discharging procedures continuously, and it also can be used to clean filter cakes with a switch system. The unit runs by intermittent operation, and if continuous production needed, several filters that are controlled by an automatic control cabinet can be used together to meet the needs. Characterized by simple structure, easy operation, and less cost, the unit is applicable to dealing with materials in limited quantities. The single disk vacuum filter can be in place of the traditional suction filter tank to achieve automatic discharging. Due to this, the intensity of labor can be lowered and the production environment can be improved.

Main material:The parts of the unit contacting with materials are made of carbon steel, SUS304 SUS316, and SUS316L stainless steel etc according to customers’ requires, while the others are made of carbon steel, iron casting and steel casting etc. For strong corrosive medium, we can use rubber lining and non-metal materials.
