1. Low equipment height, low civil construction cost and small footprint

Traditional distillation columns generally require bases and special supports, and occupy a large area, while the supergravity bed only needs about 1~2 square meters of floor space. Since this equipment can be installed indoors, no special protective measures are required in the above-mentioned aspects. Like other indoor equipment, this equipment can be installed and operated after the approval of the overall project, without special approval procedures, thus saving more upfront costs.

2. Energy saving

If the design is very reasonable (referring to the ratio of theoretical plate to reflow), the energy consumption is mainly composed of two pieces. One is the latent heat of vaporization of the material, and this part of the supergravity bed is the same as the tower. The other is heat loss. The entire surface of our equipment is relatively small, and the heat dissipation is naturally very small, which can basically offset the increased energy consumption of the motor. According to the operating conditions, the material and liquid stay in the equipment for only about 1-2 minutes, and heat-sensitive materials will not be in the equipment.
